Hello my beautiful brides-to-be! Today I am going to start a new blog to share my experience as a make up artist since 2007, and hope to make your wedding planning and preparation a little easier. My very first post is about my most visited venue – The Langham Huntington, Pasadena.
What I love the most about The Langham Huntington is it’s scenery. It is one of a kind, very classy venue in the SGV!
The whole facility is surround in beautiful and lush greenery. You will definitely want to have your ceremony and say “I do” at the front courtyard area. Many of my brides and grooms choose to reveal their first look as Mr. and Mrs. at the Japanese garden bridge! Time will hold still at it’s peaceful and tranquil atmosphere to leave a everlasting memory to your guests and in yours and his heart. And, celebrate with your friends and family by hosting the reception at the ballrooms. Have lots of family and guests? The large hall will accommodate 600+ people.
As a makeup artist, I have to say The Langham Huntington has the best getting-ready facilities. One of the details that impresses me is they provide beauty highchair that are nonly comfortable to sit on for the duration of the make up, but also very pretty and elegant to be captured in the getting ready photos!
Another bride-friendly point is that all the rooms in Langham are very well-lit. It will be great have all your BFF getting ready with you together. On the other hand, if you are getting ready at the bungalow you may want to suggest your makeup artists to bring their personal ring light for a better make up result as the lighting in the room may be dim.
If you are looking to create a classic and timeless wedding, please definitely give The Langham Huntington, Pasadena a try.
